When hearing the name, "David Carradine," many people think of his characters, Kwai Chang Caine, in the TV Series Kung Fu or Bill in Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill films.

There is far more to David's history as an artist than these two roles. Rather than try to cover his multi-faceted career in one long bio, we have subdivided it into two portions, as shown in the menu to the left.

David's career as an artist did not begin on the stage, though some of his early career was on and off Broadway. His earliest work was as a sculptor and painter; skills he still maintains to this day. David is also an accomplished composer, musician, musical performer and songwriter.

It would not be out of place to say that David lives for art in a wide variety of forms.
